Pookal Store Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation of the order shall be made either by call to +91-9176200172 / +91-9750770665, or with mail with Subject: " Cancellation Request" and sent to Pookal Store
- Any cancellations to the order should be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim the refund of the amount paid. No refund should be made if the order is cancelled once after the 48hrs delivery time starts.
- Mail should contain the following details:-
- Order ID
- Cancellation Reason
- Refund Account Details (In case of Refund)
- Refund shall be made under following conditions:
- Order was cancelled with proper communication before 48hrs of the delivery time.
- Order was not delivered to the recipient.( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
- If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, then the product will be replaced or the customer will get a full refund.
- In case of Cancellation, 5% charge shall be applicable.
- Any discounted or exempted amount will not be claimed for refund.
- All the decision is purely in the hands of Pookal Store Admin Team.
